搬家损坏后的索赔：
Claims for damage after removal:
（1）对于家用电器的损坏，应请我们负担维修费用，如果彻底损坏，应赔偿新品；
(1) For the damage of household electrical appliances, we should be asked to bear the cost of maintenance, if completely damaged, should compensate for new products;
（2）对于贵重物品的损坏，应请有关部门估价后进行赔偿；
(2) for the damage of valuables, the relevant departments should be assessed for compensation.
（3）对于我方面原因造成的人身伤害，应由搬家方负责医药费；

（4）如果理赔过程发生纠纷，可以找消费者协会或有关部门解决。

安顿之后：

（1）得到必要的许可：小区通行证、车辆出入证、停车占地证、狗证，等等；

（2）主动和邻居打招呼，相互认识，建立初步的邻里关系
