搬家的注意事项
搬家当天
The day of moving
（1）在搬家工人来之前，室内要稍作规划整理，比如地上要铺上几层废布，以免在搬运过程中摔落物品或者划伤地板；
(1) Before the movers come, the interior should be slightly planned and arranged, such as laying several layers of waste cloth on the ground, so as to avoid falling objects or scratching the floor in the process of moving;
（2）搬运前，跟负责人再次确定一下搬运价格，以免出现纠纷；
(2) Before handling, confirm the price with the person in charge again to avoid disputes;
（3）再次告诉搬运工人哪些包裹是易碎品需要轻拿轻放；
(3) Once again, tell the porters which packages are fragile and need to be handled with care;
（4）物品送抵新房时，相应的家具直接告诉搬运工人摆放的位置，省去自己的劳力；
(4) When the goods are delivered to the new house, the corresponding furniture directly tells the porter where to put them, so as to save their own labor;
（5）在搬运结束结算之前，一定要先清点所搬运的物品：尤其重点检查贵重物品是否丢失，易碎物品是否损坏，大件家用电器是否运行良好，家具是否有磕碰或损坏等；
(5) Before the settlement of the transportation, we must check the items carried first: especially check whether the valuables are lost, whether the fragile items are damaged, whether the large household appliances are running well, whether the furniture is bumped or damaged, etc;
（6）签字前记录合同号、车号；
(6) Record the contract number and vehicle number before signing;
（7）结算之后索要发票或收据。

搬家后的整理：
Finishing after moving:
（1）将地面清理干净，将桌子、椅子、柜子等平面擦干净；
(1) Clean the ground and wipe the surfaces of tables, chairs, cabinets, etc;
（2）先把一些日常用品整理归位，便于维护正常的生活秩序；
(2) First, put some daily necessities in order to maintain the normal life order;
（3）一些平时基本不用的东西可以先存放在柜子里或者盒子里，以后有时间再慢慢整理；
(3) Some of the things you don't usually use can be stored in the cabinet or box first, and then you can arrange them slowly when you have time;
（4）当所有的物件基本就位，房间也打扫干净后，开始整理衣物、床铺；

（5）最后，可以在新房摆放一些装饰物，是新家有一种新鲜感。

损坏后的索赔：
Claim after damage:
（1）对于家用电器的损坏，应请我们负担维修费用，如果彻底损坏，应赔偿新品；

（2）对于贵重物品的损坏，应请有关部门估价后进行赔偿；
(2) For the damage of valuables, relevant departments should be asked to make compensation after assessment;
（3）对于我方面原因造成的人身伤害，应由搬家方负责医药费；
(3) For personal injury caused by our side, the moving party shall be responsible for the medical expenses;
（4）如果理赔过程发生纠纷，可以找消费者协会或有关部门解决。

安顿之后：
After settling down:
（1）得到必要的许可：小区通行证、车辆出入证、停车占地证、狗证，等等；
(1) Get the necessary permits: Community pass, vehicle pass, parking permit, dog license, etc;
（2）主动和邻居打招呼，相互认识，建立初步的邻里关系
(2) Take the initiative to say hello to neighbors, get to know each other, and establish a preliminary neighborhood relationship
